CAMP DISCOUNTS & CANCELLATIONS
Day clinics may be prorated, but overnight camps will not be prorated.
All attendees must be competitive swimmers and able to swim all strokes legally and unassisted. All attendees must be registered athletes with USA Swimming. If the swimmer only participants in high school and summer league swimming, a flex membership may be purchased separately through Virginia Swimming. International Swimmers registered with their country's national federation may participate in our camps without being registered with USA Swimming.
Only one discount can be applied per registration.
DISCOUNTS
Sibling Discounts
- Overnight Camps: $25 discount for siblings. The first child pays full price.
- Two-Day Camps and Clinics: $10 discount for siblings. The first child pays full price.
Team Discounts: When 10 or more swimmers from the same USA Swim Team register. Email us via the Contact Us page on this website for a coupon code to be used during registration.
- Overnight Camps: $25 discount per swimmer.
- Two-Day Camps and Clinics: $10 discount per swimmer.
H2okie Aquatics: Swim Team Members can receive a $25 discount. Contact Us for a Coupon Code to use during registration.
Discounts For Virginia Tech University Staff Members/Professors: Families of Virginia Tech employees, email us via the Contact Us page on this website for a coupon code to be used during registration.
- Overnight Camps: $50 discount per child.
- Two-Day Camps and Clinics: $35 discount per child.
Discounts For Virginia Tech Athletic Department Staff: Families of Virginia Tech employees, email us via the Contact Us page on this website for a coupon code to be used during registration.
- Overnight Camps: $100 discount per child.
- Two-Day Camps and Clinics: $50 discount per child.
Discounts For Virginia Tech Swimming Department Staff: Swim Coaches, Trainer, Assistant AD, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Photographer, email us via the Contact Us page on this website for a coupon code to be used during registration.
- Overnight Camps: $300 discount per child.
- Day Clinics: $200 discount per child.
CANCELLATIONS
On-line convenience and credit card fees will never be refunded.
Overnight camp registrations may be cancelled up to 21 days before the start of camp for a full refund less a $150 administration fee. Cancellation made 20-10 days before the start of camp will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be provided less than 10 days before the start of camp. unless a doctor (non family member) provides documentation of an illness. With documentation from a doctor a 50% refund will be approved.
Day camp registrations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the start of camp for a full refund less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be provided less than 7 days before camp unless a doctor (non family member) provides documentation of an illness. With documentation from a doctor a full refund less the $50 non refundable deposit will be approved.
On-line convenience and credit card fees will never be refunded.
